Mission and Philosophy

The Banner Lake Club aspires to end the intergenerational cycle of poverty by meeting the ever-evolving needs of our community and guiding our families throughout all their life stages on a path toward selfsufficiency. By providing individualized programs, we can connect with them as early as six weeks old so we can help the course of their lives by providing high quality education in an intimate setting. Through our academy, early learning center, and after-school program, we use quality education to change the trajectory of our youth and teens. Our wide range of transformational services and programs offered through our community center and key partnerships focus on the financial, social, educational, and developmental needs of the adults and families that we serve as we strive to improve the quality of life for Hobe Sound residents.

The Banner Lake Early Learning Center serves local children from 6 weeks through VPK at no cost and is designed to nurture children in a safe environment with a small student-to-teacher ratio, providing them with an optimal learning environment upon which to build a strong educational foundation.
